I'm happy to share what are the results of my company Shift X Strategy for 8 months.
Several really cool projects and our biggest pride is 2 major projects for Severstal (a global leader in efficiency, with the highest EBITDA margin in the steel industry worldwide, turnover 8,4 bln USD) and another manufacturing company (one of the largest international producers of the construction materials, turnover 1,8 bln USD, name is under the NDA).
For 8 factories in 9 topics/directions, we implemented the development of the concept of digitalization and the creation of an “Information Management System” (documents, tasks, projects and data management) with the active involvement of 45 top- & mid-management employees for the subsequent implementation of the project. We helped to rebuild business processes, create a unified vision, recommended IT solutions for ECM, BPM, RPA, OCR, BI, etc. We know how to make a great match of business to technology.
For Severstal, based on the results of a pre-project survey, we have developed our own methodology for training innovative thinking - how to see the new opportunities. We are very proud of the results, innovative approach and applied practices. We received great feedback from the participants, and there were 80 of them.
Creating innovations/new approaches to slove the tasks/new products and services in a day to day routine is extremely important, but not all are doing this. Simply because the imployees don't have practical tools. We've created it! Step by step methodology & the coolest visualization in a format of compass. We also held several strategic sessions for different companies with the participation of 45-50 employees. It’s quite challenging to keep and regulate the dinamics & attention of participants from different departments and with different moods/desires/opinions/knowledge/understanding of the necessary changes. At the same time, organize a flow of joint creativity on business tasks, teach the possibilities of new technologies and get excellent practical results and a clear roadmap.
A special place in our hearts is occupied by the project for an audit company Pravovest Audit (# 16 in RAEX rating agency for consulting companies). We’re very thankful for believing in us and becoming our first customer. We have developed a strategy for digitalization and digital transformation with data-driven approach and client-centricity to increase operational efficiency and sales, making customers really loyal & happy with the level of service.
